Well, I just got back from running errands with my boyfriend…. We had so much fun.  It is funny that we have a great time doing the most mundane things.  This afternoon we had lunch, went to radio shack, he got his hair cut and then we went grocery shopping…. 

We got a TON of veggies at the store…  I am planning on stuffing myself so full of veggies that there wont be room for junk food like last week.  I think that might be part of the reason I gained 1.6 lbs from last weigh in…. GRRRRR  I am planning on rockin’ the scale this coming Thursday!

Last night I got in an awesome work out… 45 minutes of hard cardio and then 45 minutes of weight lifting… I earned 10 activity points… though I am not going to use them! 

Biggest loser challenge starts tomorrow!!  I can’t wait…. Check out the team banner!

~Weigh Day~

Howdy, Howdy….

Today is weigh day, of course I don’t weigh in until 5:30 so I will have to come back to update you on my loss.  :) 

The 20 something biggest loser challenge is starting on March 1!  I am excited.  I am on team mango… Of course mango’s ROCK!  I volunteered to be the team leader and I got the position.  I am looking forward to losing weight with the mangos… :) 

Oh, I never posted my pics from my anniversary.  I also have a new body pic of myself…. It will be cool to compare.  I think I will do a side by side of my starting pic and my current body pic.  I want to see if I can tell a difference yet.  Check them out….

Okay- so I weighed in….. I am up 1.6 lbs… :(  I knew it.  It sucks but I guess I just can’t eat my activity points….  It is the only thing I did differently.  So once my weeklies are gone this week than no extras…. Well, I am done posting on my blog today…. check ya all later!

Good Morning! ~NSV~

Hey everyone….. I survived the munchies, but ate a lot of points…. Good thing I had activity points from week too! :) Today will be a day where I only eat daily points, plus I want to get in to gym to earn some more activity points.

I took my measurements this am. Compared to 12/29…. Drumroll please…….
Current measurements & change from first set are below:

  1. Arm 16 1/2 in  (-1 in)
  2. Bust 48 in (-1/4 in)
  3. Ribcage/band size 39 in (-1 in)
  4. Tummy roll 46 in (-2)
  5. Waist(over belly button) 41 in (-3)
  6. Hips 50 in (-1 in)
  7. Thigh 27 in (-2 in)

So I have lost 10 1/4 inches so far!!  :)  Just wanted to share this NSV….. Whoot!  Whoot!

Sunday Munchies!

Hello out there-

I am updating my blog because I feel like a cookie monster today.  I really am having trouble not snacking.  I am over on daily points and have started in on flexies, but I don’t want to eat them all… it is only 5:00 pm and I haven’t even eaten dinner yet!

Here is what I have eaten-

  1. 2 cups cheerios & skim milk
  2. 3 pieces french toast  (light bread)
  3. Turkey burger with cheese on bun and Mayo (x 2) Mucho Points here….
  4. Large bowl of Popcorn- oil popped on the stove

I still feel hungry but I am drinking water now instead of snacking. 

I wanted to post some pics from my anniversary date, but my camera is MIA.  I think it may be in my car… hopefully!

Well, I just ate dinner.  I met my DBF at our favorite fallefal place.  I almost ate all my weekly points now too, but I am finally not hungry….. I am glad to have gotten that out of my system.  On a side note, I love my boyfriend.  He is just wonderful.  :)

Cheese...Me and my Pup Rocky!

Hello, Hello

Today was week 4 on WW.  I am down another 3.2 lbs this week bring my total to 8.8 right now.  :)  I currently weigh 222.8.  I am rocking this… I weigh less than I do the last time I walked… 

I love WW.  :) 

Tomorrow is my one year anniversary with DBF.  I am so in love and just relly excited about how our life is going.  We want to get married, but are not engaged.  It is just a really happy time for me.

Well…. I have rejoined WW.  I am attending meetings on Thursday.  I have finished one complete week and am working on week 2.  I have lost 2.6 lbs so far meaning my current weight is 229!  :) 

I am still walking to work daily and working out 2/3 times a week at gym so I definately committed to the exercise.  I feel like I have the eating under control also.  SWEET!!  it is all coming together now. 

My 5% goal is 12 lbs- 220.  My 10% goal is 23 lbs- 208.  That will bring me SOOO close to 200.  I can’t wait until I am under 200.  That will be awesome!
