Well……

I have committed to walking to work everyday and that has been going great!  I get in 30 minutes of walking M-F in addition to going to the gym 3 times per week.  I want to work up to 5/6 days a week.  I haven’t been doing very well of restricting what I eat.  I had planned on doing WW, but I flaked after a day… I have just been trying to eat well and that has really helped.  My BF thought I looked like I was down a bit in weight.  I had him hide my scale for me for the challenge thread I have worked in.  Anyway- I continue to try to get healthy.  I am watching a show on discovery health that says I should get my waist to 32 inches to be healthy.  So that is a goal for me.  :)
