		<description>Great job! Having a good day feels so good, doesn't it? Wow, you're calorie deficit is unbelievable. I can imagine why you might get hungry. They say it should be around 1000-1200 calories? I don't see how that's possible. Unless they try to tell you that the protein shake things that  you buy from them are a whole lot of calories (which I doubt). If you asked, would they give you the nutrition info on those? Even if you just knew how much protein they had you could figure it out. Every gram of protein has 4 calories. Same for carbs. Fat is 9 calories/gram. But those things only have protein, don't they? Anyway, great job! Can't wait to hear how your weigh-in goes. Mine is tomorrow, and as of this morning, I was still down a whole lot.</description>
