Great to see you posting again! And great decision to re-enroll to lose your last thirty pounds - it will be worth it. And you've been exercising through all of this - I'm super impressed. I have to admit, I've had 3 or 4 weeks here recently well I fell completely off the wagon - including not exercising - I have allowed those old all-or-nothing and I'll-start-tomorrow mindsets to creep back in and practically takeover. But I've just written a long blog post and am ready to start yet again. I'm up not quite ten pounds from my lowest (and I hadn't even lost 20, so I'm down a little more than ten overall.) I totally agree with #3. It is something we will have to deal with our whole lives.
