		<description>Humm you just helped me realize that i need a goal.  Just even a simple daily goal, and then a reachable weekly goal.  If i write it down then i will have much more enthusiasm in getting there.  Thanks for being so open and sharing.  I love that you have an "action plan" time for me to figure one out.</description>
