I'm super impressed with your three miles! Awesome! And you run fast. Oh, and when I ran the mini, I didn't even run the whole way. I had to stop and walk some. I did at 11:11 min/mile pace overall. I think the longest I've run continuously in my entire life was 5 miles and that was super, super slow. We're talking 12.5 min/mile pace. I think it's good that you decided to up your calories. That should help you feel bitter and be less likely to go off plan. And, goodness, even with your "binge" your calories were great. I can't believe you are so very close to your goal weight. I can't imagine how good it will feel to reach goal. Good choice with the ipod nano and the nike thing. And I would totally get some Nike shoes if I were you - you deserve it! Do you use a heart rate monitor?
