I wouldn't be able to pass up cookies either! I hate when they have them at work. Funny that you think of 1345 cals as a high day. That's what I had today, and I was happy. Perspective. I'm coming off of having eating poorly for the last several weeks. As far as the starvation mode and calories being too low, here's what I think. First off, yes, that concept is overused. And if you continue to eat 1000 cals/day and burn 500 cals working out, that's a net of 500 - super low. Yes, I think you would lose weight. (Possibly your body is just hanging onto it a little bit, and you will drop suddenly one day - that's what I do.) However, if I were you, I would definitely be upping my calories for the workouts. There may be some truth to the starvation idea, especially in this case. I think you would feel a lot better and lose at about the same rate if you just added in 300-500 healthy calories on the days that you workout. Also, your rate of loss is slowing down some because you weigh so much less now than you did...you're body just burns fewer calories. It would be interesting to see if the percentage of weight loss per week is the same as it was in the beginning (and I think it may be.)

I'm a WW person and I really truly believe that you need to eat more calories to lose quicker. When I try to eat as few points as possible thinking it will really help my week, I hardly lose anything. When I eat the amount of calories that I should however, my body knocks weight off like crazy...if you are buring that much in exercise, I would try to eat at least 1500 a day..I know it seems scary, but try it for a week and see how it works for you!
