Today was full of off plan goodies.  I had to go to Panera for breakfast, and then I had a Christmas lunch where I work (we went to TGI Friday’s).  I really have no idea how many calories I had, and I’m really curious because I also worked out today, and I burned about 300 calories.  That should help somewhat.  I met with my personal trainer today, and while I didn’t do much with him (he was making out a workout plan), I see him tomorrow again to start.  I’ll be doing weights and cardio of some sort.  I think he’s changing it up every time, so we’ll see how it goes.  Today I just stayed and did the couch to 5K plan for week 1.  It wasn’t extremely difficult, but it was definitely a good workout.

Breakfast: Panera– cherry cheese pastry, 16 oz. mocha, carb blockers

Lunch:  TGI Fridays– parmesan crusted chicken with tortelloni and tomato/mozzarella salad (only ate a few bites of this).  This was off the “perfect proportion” menu, so it was a totally reasonable portion– about half a chicken breast coated in parmesan, 4 decent sized tortellinis in a bit of alfredo/spinach sauce, and a few tomatoes and a mozzarella ball in Italian dressing.

Dinner: 6 melba toast (100), hummus (about 100 also)

I will be hungry again, so I might have a snack, but it will be light.

exercise:  2.6 miles, 35 minutes, approx. 300 calories burned
