		<description>I think you are doing great, even if you are not perfectly "on plan." And what they always say: it's a "lifestyle." Which really is true. You are doing 200 times better than you would have previously done, and you've definitely learned how to eat better. You're not eating huge portions or ordering pizza, etc. Even though you're not following the plan to a T, you're using the things you learned. It's like it really has become a lifestyle for you. And the stressful times like these really are the true test. If you can make it through this on track, you can certainly make it through anything. And I'm still floored by your 50 pound loss - that is amazing. I'm still struggling to eek out pound 19 over here!</description>
