		<description>Wow that's amazing that you under-grew your pants so quickly! I have some dress pants that you can't wear a belt with, and they aren't very forgiving. They really only fit for a range of about 5 pounds - I wear them even though they're too big. I think you should buy yourself a new pair in your size. (I would if I could find some I liked - I'm really right in between sizes. The next size down is just a little too snug in the hips. But my current size is a good 2-3 inches too big in the waist.) You are doing great sticking to your menu. Don't worry about the scale not budging. I know (all to well) the frustration of seeing the same numbers so many days in a row. But the weight will come off soon as long as you keep it up. It really does sometimes take the scale a while to catch up. (I weigh exactly what I did 7 days ago - but I know it'll come off eventually - not that I don't get impatient - trust me, I do.)</description>
