Today went well. I was going to wear these black pants that just fit a bit snug 3 weeks ago– I can’t even wear them anymore because they’re too big. They’re not forgiving size wise because there are no belt loops, so there’s no way to really keep them up if they’re too big. I’ve worn them twice since I bought them. Oh well. I’m glad they’re too big, but now I have no black pants, so that stinks since they’re kind of a necessity in the working world. I feel as if I’m getting thinner by the feel of my clothes, but it’s not showing up on the scale this week. Maybe it’s still water or something. I drank a lot to day (new water bottle that works very well), so maybe I’ll show a loss tomorrow.
Breakfast: MRC cheesecake, HNS

Wow that’s amazing that you under-grew your pants so quickly! I have some dress pants that you can’t wear a belt with, and they aren’t very forgiving. They really only fit for a range of about 5 pounds - I wear them even though they’re too big. I think you should buy yourself a new pair in your size. (I would if I could find some I liked - I’m really right in between sizes. The next size down is just a little too snug in the hips. But my current size is a good 2-3 inches too big in the waist.) You are doing great sticking to your menu. Don’t worry about the scale not budging. I know (all to well) the frustration of seeing the same numbers so many days in a row. But the weight will come off soon as long as you keep it up. It really does sometimes take the scale a while to catch up. (I weigh exactly what I did 7 days ago - but I know it’ll come off eventually - not that I don’t get impatient - trust me, I do.)
