I’ve now officially lost 30 lbs!!
I’ve lost 1.5 lbs. since Tuesday, bringing me to a grand total of 30 lbs. When I’m OP and not cheating, I lose about a half pound per day, which I’m very happy with. This brings me to an average loss of 3.2 lbs. per week since I started– not too shabby.

weight at home in morning: 191.5
Things are going well this week. I’ve moved a TV down in front of my treadmill to replace the “possessed” TV that turns on and off at will, so I exercised for the first time in a while last night. I was inspired by The Biggest Loser, lol. I’m not going crazy with working out– just for one episode of friends (about 25-28 minutes), and I’m walking 3 mph on an incline (don’t know how much of one because my treadmill is a bit junky). I keep my heart rate in the target zone, though, so it’s better than nothing. I’m going to back to the MWF Sat Sun plan for working out. Tuesdays and Thursdays are just too long and busy (14 hour days), so I’ll just take those off.
My BMI is now 29.77, which means that I am no longer obese but overweight. :) That’s a much nicer word.
