		<description>Looks like you were posting this as I was leaving a comment on the last post. Anyway, congratulations on the weigh-in!! Three pounds in 4 days!!! And a 7% reduction in body fat is good. I'd hate to even know what mine is! When is your expiration date of your program? It sounds like you are on track. I think that is a very good approach for the holidays. Just eating a moderate amount of what you want only on that day, not using it as an excuse to eating everything in sight for the entire holiday season. wow, great goal! I'm setting non actual numerical goals which I'll be posting about hopefully this weekend along with my whole philosophy for doing so.</description>
