Goals & Rewards

Long-term goal - weigh 145 lbs on my 50th birthday
That requires a steady rate of losing .5 lbs a week.
The following will be updated/edited as needed.
Things I want to be able to do that I can’t right now:
January 1 2012
- climb the stairs without getting out of breath
- wear the clothes in the spare room closet
- do ten pushups:
Jan 9 2012 can do 3 modified. It is a start
- run 5k without walking
- be happy dancing
- see my collarbones
- see my cheekbones
- sleep without jumpy legs
- swim 1 km without stopping
- cross my legs under the table
