Goals & Rewards

Long-term goal - weigh 145 lbs on my 50th birthday

That requires a steady rate of losing .5 lbs a week.

The following will be updated/edited as needed.

Things I want to be able to do that I can’t right now:

January 1 2012

  • climb the stairs without getting out of breath
  • wear the clothes in the spare room closet
  • do ten pushups:

Jan 9 2012 can do 3 modified. It is a start

  • run 5k without walking
  • be happy dancing
  • see my collarbones
  • see my cheekbones
  • sleep without jumpy legs
  • swim 1 km without stopping
  • cross my legs under the table
