Excuses: internet problems, major work issues, flu, family crisis 1, then 2 and then 3, boyfriend out of town, cold, bad haircut, boyfriend in town then gone again…yada yada yada.
Weight: wildly fluctuating around 178.
Exercise: trying to wun every two days, when not ill (hack hack swoon)
Food - actually not too bad, to my surprise. Except for yesterday which was 100% carb. No wonder I can’t sleep. Not that I am doing better today…so far I have made it through the day without eating one single vegetable. How is this possible?
I am starting to plan my next big life change. I think I will sell my house next summer, and rent a smaller place for a year. Then my contract will be over and I will likely leave town. Of course Sailorboy is the wildcard in this plan, he is asking me to move in with him but that just feels too complicated right now. I compromise by spending my weekends at his house, which is out in the country.
Alright, I have a few phone calls to make and then out with the dog!

Wow, Sailorboy has been around for a while now. Sorry you have been feeling crappy and hectic, but glad to hear that you’re doing pretty ok on the food front.

Where do you want to go once the contract ends? Sounds like a good plan actually. Sorry about the bad haircut. At least it grows out (unlike a bad tattoo!)

Sounds like a lot of crap on your plate, not just carbs. Hang in there…& yeah, bad haircuts only last so long.

Why did you turn the comments off for that last post? I was ready to write! Yes, extra extra credits for that walk. I think recognizing and owning your bad habits (and good ones for that matter). Maybe a New Year’s resolution?
