Still pretty happy that I am staying in a negative calorie balance, even if it is just by a couple of hundred calories on some days. My back has been sore this week what has had an impact on my exercise. I have never had back pain before and I don’t like this at all.
I have had a series of bad news bulletins from various family members. An uncle and an aunt are both very sick, and my sister has had a bad fall off a horse and now has two broken arms. The family is scrambling a bit to cope with all this at once.
