morning weight: don’t know

sugar yesterday: nada

bread yesterday: one slice whole wheat

exercise yesterday: kneeboarding

At 45, I am determined to learn how to kneeboard and water ski. After my first lesson, I hurt. My arms, shoulders, back and neck.

But it sure was fun!

    Good for you! At some point I hope to get the time to learn Karate or any of the martial arts. Keep growing and learning.
