morning weight: 178.4 ( this is getting ridiculous) Goal A: 171

exercise yesterday: not really

sugar yesterday: nope

bread yesterday: some crackers with dinner

I am beginning to think that the bread/sugar combo is very bad for me. Not only do I eat way too much of it, if I am not careful, it also seems to strongly affect my body/metabolism.  I mean, clearly I am not losing a pound a day of fat, since I am eating a sensible amount of food and not really exercising with any degree of commitment.

My goals with fitday are to keep myself in a negative calorie balance, and to try to get more consistent nutrition. My goals with exercise are to get 300 hard minutes a week. I’ll revisit those when I have to.

    You are doing so great!! Congrats! I know I am not great digesting wheat so I believe you could be correct on that front.
