morning weight: 179.6 (!)
exercise yesterday: 30 minute brisk walk ( not up to power)
sugar yesterday: I was going to say nada until it was pointed out that chocolate covered coffee beans are, in fact, covered in chocolate. Darn. Ok, so I had 8 of the little things. I do love that strong dark coffee flavour though…
bread yesterday: 1/2 a regular bagel - because I was starving and running between appts.I did only eat half and threw out the rest.
Pouring rain this morning. Since I didn’t cut the lawn last night it will stay a small jungle for another couple of days. I don’t really care but I think the neighbours might.
Yesterday I finally re-stocked my kitchen with fruit and veggies. Ever notice how you buy the same things over and over? I have to start bringing more variety into my fridge, and I don’t mean more types of mustard.

Yay for the loss! I’ve recently said the same thing about needing to buy a different variety of foods.
