I’m practicing low-carb but not logging it yet - I need these couple of days to detox, I think. This morning, I admit, I did have a mini muffin. I was at a breakfast meeting and I hadn’t had time to eat before I left the house, so just grabbed whatever was available. Good for me, though, I only had one!

To be honest, I have adjusted the ticker (up….grrrr). I blame the potatoes, beer, pancakes, homemade toast and spaghetti dinner…lol

The last was so charming though….recreating the dinner from “Lady & The Tramp”….I couldn’t say no.

    I’m finding the fact of removing so many of the ‘convenience’ foods from consideration makes choosing easier (but preparation is key, and can be a challenge).

    Walking past an airport snack counter today i was like ‘there is nothing here that I can eat’ — weird. but liberating too.

    I am now routinely having 2 eggs for breakfast. Usually fried, they only take a couple of minutes and I dont get hungry before lunch.
