A side effect of suddenly deciding to become a ‘morning’ person is I cannot also be a ‘night’ person. It is 9pm and I am ready to sleep.

List of things making me feel pretty good right now:

  • walked to work and back yesterday and today (yay)
  • ate mostly mindfully (yay); intake under control
  • did my core and strength routine both mornings (yay)
  • it is a bright cold clear beautiful night
  • payday this week
  • lots more fruit and veggies in my world right now (yay)
  • everyone I love is fine

    Awww! I love your last item on your list!

    My family hoots at me when I say I’m going upstairs to bed “to read”: at 8:30-9:00 :)
