A side effect of suddenly deciding to become a ‘morning’ person is I cannot also be a ‘night’ person. It is 9pm and I am ready to sleep.
List of things making me feel pretty good right now:
- walked to work and back yesterday and today (yay)
- ate mostly mindfully (yay); intake under control
- did my core and strength routine both mornings (yay)
- it is a bright cold clear beautiful night
- payday this week
- lots more fruit and veggies in my world right now (yay)
- everyone I love is fine
