I can’t believe it…I got up so early this morning the dog was not even ready….lol…he stood up, looked at me, and flopped his full weight back down on the floor! As if to say, “Lady, hit the snooze button already!” I have had breakfast; I am reading the news online; I am about to iron my outfit for the day and then do my strength and core routine…this feels pretty good.
So last night I am watching ‘The Last 10 lbs Bootcamp” cause the trainer Tommy is so gorgeous, and the woman of the week was trying to fit into a size 8 dress…her final measurements were 178 lbs, 38 - 35 - 43…and the dress FIT. Now come on, that is no size 8 in my universe. I mean, good for her for losing 10 lbs in a month with a personal trainer and nutritionist on her ass, but that is not a size 8.

That stuff always throw me. Because I’m 140 lb and just bought a new dress, which is a 12. And it fits. Nicely. Even if I had zero body fit, I couldn’t have zipped the dress up over my rib cage in an 8. I’ve picked up jeans in a 10. Then I see some celebrity on a magazine cover who lost 20 pounds and now wears a size 2. And they surely don’t look it. To each his own. Congrats on the early rise. Morning s are my downfall.

How awesome that the dog wasn’t even ready. That’s a huge feather in your cap!
What’s “The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp”? I thought I knew every weight-loss show out there. Is it something just in Canada? I love watching those shows b/c they’re so inspiring to me.
And I’m w/you, sizes are so crazy. My hubby didn’t realize until about 5 years ago that women’s pants aren’t sized by waist and inseam. He must have thought that I had a 20 inch waist for years
