It is 11pm and the crew did not start working on the water main until about 6pm…do you know that the vibration from a jackhammer really travels a long way? I pity the poor team - it is very cold and I am sure they are getting wet, but this will not be a good night for anyone around here. They are about 30 feet in front of my house, just across the street.
I just got in from a 45 minute walk with the dog, (yay!), and had an active, productive day (yay!) with a totally reasonable approach to food (yay!). I hope this bodes well for the week. Right now I really want a big peanut butter sandwich but instead I will brush my teeth and go to bed. (yay!)
I am going to make Mon my ‘official weigh in’ day even though I am on the scale daily I will only record Mon am numbers. Maybe that will help me manage the freak outs. My weight goes up and down so far and so fast that the daily numbers make no sense, but I can’t stop checking.
