I was feeling sad and lonesome yesterday and today, but yay to the power of exercise. Thank you endorphins. I just came back fromĀ  30 min walk/run and I feel happy again. Even though I felt very much out of sorts all day, I did NOT go for chocolate or anything super-sugary. Stuck to my mango-strawberry-banana-soy milk-protein powder smoothie for my treat. I am definitely not living the low-carb lifestyle, but that is ok. The scale is c-r-e-e-p-i-n-g lower. And I have stopped counting the days since Loverboy and I blew it.

Still haven’t admitted it out loud to anyone though, except myself in the shower.

    Glad to see you’re doing well and the scale is moving in the right direction.

    All this talk about exercise has helped push me to move at least a little… Hopefully one day I’ll do it as regularly as you!
