I am in denial. I am not going to even discuss anything related to premenopause. All I will say is that I am going to save a lot on my heating bill this winter.

    I had to laugh at this. Did we get doc confirmation or is this just a nagging feeling that we are in denial over?

    *LOL* I have to agree. My hot flashes just started about a month ago and my husband loves the on again off again flinging of the blankets!

    I found something by St. Francis in the Supplement store which I just started taking to ease the symptoms - not HRT. Granted it usually takes at least a few weeks to see a difference with those supplements, I am sleeping better and not nearly as uncomfortable.

    Look into that!
