Hello friends. Fatty McFatterson here, just checking in.

I haven’t exercised in FOREVER. I have been ignoring calls from my friend Jenny Craig for the last three weeks. Oh, and Halloween candy, DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED.

New day, new plan, blah blah blah. Today’s food was in control, for the most part, so THANK GOD, maybe I can reign my crazy in before I split my pants.

breakfast: coffee

lunch: salad, diet coke, yogurt/fruit/granola parfait (from mcd on the way to work)

dinner: salad, two slices of pepperoni pizza, one fat free pudding cup, two oreo cookies, iced tea

I’ve been sick to my stomach all day because of those stupid chips yesterday. Blech.

breakfast: coffee

lunch: JC baked potato and a salad, diet coke

dinner: JC mac/cheese and a salad

snacks: a granola bar, another coffee, a beer.

Pretty good planned food day. Exercise was a 1-hour swing dance class with DH, which was a lot of fun.

tuesday/wednesday

Both days on plan. Tuesday 100%, Wednesday not so much. Actually, Wednesday I was on plan foodwise 100% until I accidentally ate half a bag of kettle chips. Yay me for not scarfing down the whole bag, right?

No exercise. Baby steps.

Yeah, I’ve been off the wagon big time. BIG. TIME. But new day, blah blah blah, get back up on the fucking horse, so here goes.

Monday Food

breakfast: JC muffin and coffee

lunch: JC quesadilla, JC veggie chips, vitamin bar, iced tea

dinner: JC spag and meatballs, iced tea

snack: eight Ritz crackers

exercise: nada

weigh in and weekend

Well, my weigh in was good (down just over a pound!) but my weekend food has been, in a word, atrocious.

Had my weigh in on Friday instead of Saturday this week. Weight was 161.2.

Friday food:

Breakfast: skinny latte and opposite of skinny cheese danish

Lunch: JC artichoke spinach quesadilla and diet coke

Dinner: JC lentils and tea. JC brownie.

Exercise: 1.5 hour dance class with DH

Snack: two glasses of wine and a giant hunk of cheese with crackers

Saturday food:

Breakfast: coffee

Lunch: variety of crap from the farmer’s market, including yakisoba noodles, grilled chicken, chinese broccoli and cabbage stir fry, half of a brisket sandwich and some coleslaw. Yeah, all good stuff, but not when three people (me, DH and DD11) split enough food for, like, an army.

Dinner: went to a sock hop at church. Had a hot dog and a couple of fries. Then had two chicken strips. Followed by an orange soda float. Yeah. I know. Way to celebrate a one pound weight loss, right?!

Planning on doing better today (Sunday) and getting back on plan Monday. Viva la weekend!

FOOD WAS 100% ON PLAN. Exercise? Not so much.

Gah, why did I forget to log my food when I actually did well?!

Tuesday:

Breakfast: JC muffin and coffee

Lunch: JC chowder and a salad, iced tea

Dinner: JC meatloaf, 1/2 a roll with butter, JC brownie for dessert, diet coke with a splash of vanilla vodka

Exercise: none

Monday: I have, like, no recall of what I ate on Monday, but I am pretty sure I was 95% on plan, same as Tuesday.

ANNOYANCE OF THE WEEK: work crew working on the front AND back of our townhouse this week, with giant tall ladders right past the windows, making it impossible to open up the blinds without being greeted by a peeper and missing the last few days of gorgeous sunshine here in the pacific northwest while home with a sick kid. LAME.

Dinner: a pear, variety of sliced cheese and olives

Exercise: 3 mile walk

Saturday

October 2nd, 2010

Weigh in: 162.4, down half a pound ish. Not so hot.

Breakfast: low cal/fat free smoothie from Jamba Juice followed by coffee later in the morning

Lunch: JC quesadilla and salad, iced tea

Dinner: I was hostess at a fundraiser dinner at our church… small steak, squash, a crab cake and three glasses of wine. No dessert (they ran out, boo hiss!)
