Had a good handle on food this week, but got in very little exercise. And then last night started my birthday festivities a bit prematurely… so hopefully the scale will not be UP tomorrow when I weigh in. One can dream…

    Planning an 8K? I’m always so impressed by (jealous of) your runs!

    Although, I’m never more jealous than when you end a successful race with cocktails of some kind. How come I can’t find any run-and then-drink races around here? I think that’s what I need to motivate myself! Or drown my sorrows. Your pick.
