lunch: healthy choice entree
snack: granola bar and grapes
fuck up: 100 pounds of Kettle chips
dinner: tba UPDATE: HAD A GREEN SALAD AND BEETS FOR DINNER. AND THAT’S IT! YAY. Also have my alarm set to get up and run in the morning. We’ll see how that goes.
Training: I need to run. But I’m not. There’s not enough time. That’s a lie. There is “time,” but then I’d need a shower etc. and there’s not enough time for all of that crap before my mom chauffering duties begin. I hate days when I work. I hate work. But I hate being fat too.

That’s another reason it’s probably easier for guys to lose weight–they don’t have to take as long to get ready after they workout. I know that I could choose to go out in public w/wet hair and no makeup but it’s not a choice I’m willing to make.

Running isn’t the only type of exercise. There are types that can be fit in at lunch (even at work), and at home, even with kids etc. You just have to make it a big enough priority. Only you can decide when that time comes. I used to refuse to exercise at lunch because I didn’t want to get sweaty. Well, I learned that if I start small, like only 10-15 min., I didn’t get sweaty. That led to 20 min, that led to half an hour. No sweat, but still burning calories. Big time. You can make it happen!
