Seriously.

And my weekend? Was not even that out of control.

PLAN: run three times this week, run four miles on the weekend — back on my training plan that I used for the half-marathon in June. Food needs to be reigned in for the week. NO MORE DAILY WEIGH INS. Monday morning and Friday morning. That’s it.

exercise: rest day. running tues/weds/thurs, rest friday, four-miler saturday

    ugh seriously! i dont get it, i exercise (A LOT), i eat really well (not perfect) and I gain. ughhh. it better have been water weight!

    the scale is evillll! but we can do it…right?!
