tuesday FOOD UPDATE

Home from camping (in the rain x 3 days. yay) and late for work. Fat. Having problems finding something that I can wear to work because? Fat. Also, did I mention late to work?

breakfast: coffee and a granola bar

lunch: small popcorn at the movie’s. which, okay, “small” in movie terms is a lot of friggin’ popcorn.

dinner: medium-sized bowl of chicken curry soup, one slice of wheat toast, dessert=a granola bar and a 100-cal cup of yogurt.

I am working from home tomorrow, which means I can run. “Can” and “will” are not the same thing, though, and I really need to get my ass in gear. Have I mentioned I am running at 5k Saturday morning with a friend? Yeah. Should be interesting.

    Yeah, well you still weigh less than I do, so quit yer complainin’!

    No, really, I hear ya! It sucks to see the numbers go up…

    Well, Did it pour where you went camping like it did in Seattle? I ate far too much being stuck in the house with a bad back and monsoon weather! Welcome home. I’m sure you can get those pants to loosen up soon! I’ll join you in a 3 day challenge if you like!!!

    The camping in the rain sounds rather miserable (although the movie popcorn sounds heavenly — my weakness!)

    Maybe the run on Saturday will help you get motivated to get out there this week?
