weight: 151.8. Seriously? because I ate like a damned bird yesterday.
breakfast: coffee and a granola bar
lunch: tba UPDATE went to Hawaiian and did splits with a friend. So I had three coconut shrimp and 1/2 a grilled chicken breast, brown rice and steamed veggies.
dinner: tba UPDATE: got really busy and didn’t have time for dinner. Had a handful of bbq chips, another granola bar, a 100-cal cupcake and then at DD10’s parent night I had two cookies.
exercise: nada

I am tired and read “because I ate a damned bird yesterday” and I’m thinking what the hell kind of diet are you on?
I should not scan blogs when I’m sick. Though maybe you should give the damned bird diet a try!
