breakfast: cake and coffee… the breakfast of champions!
lunch: 1/2 of a tuna melt and a side salad, diet coke
dinner: a large salad (at home) and then munchies with girlfriends for Rescue Me night. Brie with bread, chips and guacamole, tons of fruit and chocolates.
run report: Ran three miles. With no watch! It was torture because we all know how anal I am about my watch and my time and my stupid intervals and yada yada yada. Got dressed and ready to run BEFORE WORK, which I hate, but couldn’t find my watch and came THISCLOSE to just bailing on the whole run. But decided to just head out to the track (half a mile each way) and run two miles on the track for a total of three miles, because I knew that would get me home within my 45 minutes of time I had before I had to go to work.
So that’s what I did. And the world? Did not explode.
