weight: 150.0. What’s this? A weight loss? Oh, no no no no no. This will not be tolerated. So I ate:

breakfast: coffee and chocolate chip pudding cake, a hunk about the size of my head
lunch: pad thai with tofu and a salad wrap
dinner: mushroom chicken and white rice from panda express (kid’s meal), and a fortune cookie.
dessert: coffee and another chunk of the effing pudding cake, this time only about the size of, say, my foot.

I went to a place today that I haven’t been in a long time. I ate until I was full. And then? I ate some more. Why is it SO FRIGGIN EASY to slip right back into old habits yet SO FRIGGIN HARD to stick with new ones? I guess if I could figure that out, I’d write a book and sell a million copies.

exercise: training schedule calls for a 45 minute run either today or tomorrow. Since I am about to leave for DD10’s two hour ballroom dance class, looks like it’ll be tomorrow.
