THE FIRST CHALLENGE

March 6th, 2009

Are you in? Are you looking to ditch your rut, kick your slump to the curb, and get back on track? If so, then you’re in. But once you’re in, you need to be ready to commit and follow thru… or pay the price in the penalty phase of our little challenge. THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE: Begins March 9, ends March 13.

GOAL: A minimum of 10 miles of purposeful cardio movement. Walk, run, bike, swim, elliptical, whatever. PURPOSEFUL CARDIO MOVEMENT means you put on your exercise gear and went out for the purpose of exercise. Does not include walking an extra half block in the parking lot at the mall etc. EXERCISE MOVEMENT. 10 miles. Starting Monday, ending Friday. You could knock it out in one bike ride, in three 5k runs or walking two miles a day. JUST MOVE YOUR ASS ALREADY!

AWARD: Meet the goal and post this “award” to your blog!

PENALTY: If you do not meet the goal, you must post to your blog the worst swimsuit photo you have ever taken. Yes, that one. How’s that for motivation to meet the goal? hehehe.

    Oh no!! This is NOT the week to start since my friend will be in town and then I will be drinking myself into oblivion Friday and Saturday… okay.. I just need one long bike ride… I can do that… ughhh…. I can do it Monday before my friend gets here… I know what pic I would have to post too… BLAHHHHH!!!
