Food 8/5

I am not EVEN going to recount my vacation food (see oyster photo on sonotzen.com for an idea of how bad it was!) But I am going to start back up with tracking tody. I have a weigh in tomorrow that I am 99% sure to cancel.
Breakfast: two toast points with last nights leftover artichoke crab dip, 2 forkfuls of last night’s leftover chocolate cake, bottle of water
Lunch: salad at Quiznos with a little bit of chicken on it (and I mean a little!) and some flat bread, a diet coke
Dinner: turkey burger, 1/2 a small order of fries, diet coke
Exercise: nil!

Couldn’t ya just spit? I always thought I walked slow because I’m short and I have short legs and a short stride, but my buddy Evil Twin is shorter than me and goes at about a million miles an hour.
What’s eaten on vacation stays on vacation. Forget the weigh in and just get back on track.

Wow! You are strong! Tough! Disciplined! I’ve never eaten ONLY two fork fulls of choc cake in my life! Or any cake…I’m either not eating it at all or I’m sitting in the damn middle of it.

but 2 runs in one day on vacation? That’s gotta count for something…diet karma that will pay up later!
