Food 7/29

Breakfast: 1/2 an English muffin with jam

Lunch: JC turkey burger, cup of JC fat free chicken broth and a diet coke — I had to work today through lunch, a weirdly scheduled job from 11 - 1.  I ate my 1/2 muffin at 7:30 am, then I ate my lunch at 10:30 am because I didn’t want my tummy rumbling during the deposition.  Now it’s 1 pm and I’m STARVING and not sure what exactly to do.  I think I will try to hold out until 2 pm and go get a free smoothie.

Snack: Had the s-bucks smoothie, 270 cal, 5 g fat.  Not bad.  And a handful of almonds.

More: handful of peanut M&M’s… nice.

Dinner: JC turkey dinner, some watermelon, diet coke, bottle of wate.  I skipped dessert because of the M&M’s.  Never got around to any exercise of any sort.

Exercise: GOAL: upper body and abs, then a bike ride or a walk with DH tonight, but I’m not going to run today
