The journey from fat to fit. Road trip, woo hoo!

I had to put in another full day of work today and I am so wiped.  I did get my dress picked up from the tailor and they did a great job of altering the shoulders.  I am so short and shortwaisted that nothing ever fits properly, so I took it in to have the shoulders “shortened” so the dress wasn’t so floppy on top.  It looks really good.  I’ll get a pic taken tomorrow so I can post it. 

Tomorrow is the dinner/dance/auction.  Formal attire, but DH is wearing a suit, refused the tux, and that’s OK.  He won’t be the only one.  I’m actually looking forward to it now that I have a dress that I feel pretty in.

Tomorrow Princess has a basketball game at freaking 8:30 am, location 45 minutes away from home.  Gag.  After that, I’ve got a hair appt. and want to try to get a walk in appt. for eyebrow wax and pedicure.  I did my manicure tonight and it’s fabulous… rich girl red.

Not much to write about.  Work was boring and my children have been totally neglected (McD for dinner, yuck) and I didn’t get any exercise.

Oh, well, tomorrow is another day : )
