Weigh in
Posted tigon on March 18th, 2010 | Filed under Uncategorized | Comment now »
Hello. I did my official weigh in and am exactly 139 lbs.
I am approximately 32% body fat (I will get the exact measurement along with circumerances sometime in the next week).
I wish I could say that this my “first” day was great, but alas it was not. I was doing great until 11:50. I got home from work and had fried rice (which is bad for me and I had quite a bit of it). Currently my work schedule is constantly changing. I work afternoons and overnights back to back to back. I think it confuses my body because anytime I work until 11:30 I am sooo hungry when I get home. This makes sense because when I work overnight I normally have my nightly snack about then. In two weeks I get a constant schedule (all overnights). I am REALLY hoping (and I am thinking) that this will not only stop the late night bad eating but also allow me to more regularly schedule exercise.
Oh I am going to try the weight watchers point system. I haven’t actually signed up with them, but I know my point allowance. I also think I am going to try the P90X workout thing. Someone is going to lend it to me. If you hadn’t caught on I am a little cheap oh um I mean frugal
Thanks for any comments or advice!
Hello world!

Ha ha I figured it out. So today I think I will just write a little about me and tomorrow get started with the weigh ins.
Well I have been “chubby” most of my life except two years in high school where I had a 1000cal/day diet. I am 4′11”. Super short I know. Anyways, I am about 139 (I will find out for sure tomorrow). My low was 99 my high was 199 (pregnant).
I have a 6mon old baby and a 4.5 yr old. Oddly enough I lost the baby weight from the second but still have a bunch of weight from the first. I keep saying I am going to start eating healthy today, but after two days um I tend to be unmotivated hence my title. I think that maybe the blog (and hence public knowledge) may help.
My husband is a personal trainer so it can be a bit intimidating. Everyone says have him train you. It’s a little hard to be pushed around by your hubby though.
Alright my GOALS: be healthy, feel fit, lower cholesterol, be a healthy fat percentage (I don’t like BMI it doesn’t take into account muscle) Number wise: 22% body fat, 118lbs.
Thanks.
