Growing Fatter
Yikes! I just realized Halloween is almost here and we don’t have a plan for that night. We don’t pass out candy. Time to think about that one. Maybe a movie in the basement?
Soooo, it’s 7:20 am. It’s 52 degrees this morning and it’s supposed to be nice today. The Mum is coming over this morning (early!) and were going to Michael’s to pick out candy supplies and groceries for the big bake-off day, which is planned on Tuesday, November 3. (I set up a sub that day, so I won’t be working.) Thank you to all who commented on the candy stuff! I think I am leaning towards only chocolate disks now. I like easy.
I weighed in at 152 this morning. That’s got to be gain because TOM has gone for the month. It’s the darned sugar! I’m sore from walking two miles the other day also. Unbelievable. Ed squished my arm last night and told me that the muscle that I worked so hard to build is now gone.
I flexed to prove him wrong, but it was pathetic. Now I “feel” like I should work out. …but I’m not going to. My devious side thinks she’s brilliant. I need to watch my sugar. You know, I did order The Firm: Get Chisel’d to try out this winter. Maybe the time is getting closer for that. Why O why don’t I have motivation for exercising? I know I feel great during and after. What the heck is the hang up? It’s not quick enough? Won’t I kick myself when I’m 75! Then I’ll say “Dang, I wish my body could handle 45 minutes of Get Chisel’d.” I know working out is good for my heart and bones. Why isn’t that motivation enough?
Okay, that paragraph was a bunch of rambles. Food! I’m gonna talk about my day yesterday.
- 3 graham crackers - 420
- lite yogurt - 110
- beef/cabbage wrap – 500
- 3 ½ pieces of pizza - 615
- 1 large piece of pie - 500
- 1 small scoop of chocolate frozen yogurt – 90
Total calories 2235. Holy Aunt Jemima! What the heck am I thinking eating all that food? DOH! Time to leave out the treats again. That’s just insane. I have to do better today. Much better. Sigh. Mumsy will be here in 1.5 hours. I need to get ready. MonitorMe signing off.
