Goals for 10-29-09

My goals for today are to:
- Stay OVER 1250 but under 1800 calories for the day
- Go walking with mom (if warm enough) or do exercise video
- Do a fantastic job of facilitating training today, despite the nausea from my pain pill. Oy.
- Pick up RCPM tickets at the Marquee after work
- Breathe deeply and relax
- Believe that I can succeed

My goals for this week are to:
- Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days)
- Strength train 3 days, 30 mins each
- Journal every bite
- Truly expect success
