Goals for 10-29-09

My goals for today are to:

  • Stay OVER 1250 but under 1800 calories for the day
  • Go walking with mom (if warm enough) or do exercise video
  • Do a fantastic job of facilitating training today, despite the nausea from my pain pill. Oy.
  • Pick up RCPM tickets at the Marquee after work
  • Breathe deeply and relax
  • Believe that I can succeed

My goals for this week are to:

  • Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days)
  • Strength train 3 days, 30 mins each
  • Journal every bite
  • Truly expect success
