Goals for 10-28-09

My goals for today are to:
- Stay OVER 1250 but under 1800 calories for the day
- Go walking with mom (if warm enough) or do exercise video - Back/neck hurt, rested.
- Pick up elliptical from moms house
- Do a fantastic job of facilitating training today, despite the headache
- Watch Glee! - NOT ON! STUPID YANKEES
- Boil 1 package of eggs - Did that Thurs morning instead, oops
- Breathe deeply and relax - I really tried, I swear.
- Believe that I can succeed

My goals for this week are to:
- Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days)
- Strength train 3 days, 30 mins each
- Journal every bite
- Truly expect success
