Goals for 10-28-09

My goals for today are to:

  • Stay OVER 1250 but under 1800 calories for the day
  • Go walking with mom (if warm enough) or do exercise video - Back/neck hurt, rested.
  • Pick up elliptical from moms house
  • Do a fantastic job of facilitating training today, despite the headache
  • Watch Glee! - NOT ON! STUPID YANKEES
  • Boil 1 package of eggs - Did that Thurs morning instead, oops
  • Breathe deeply and relax - I really tried, I swear.
  • Believe that I can succeed

The man who doesn’t relax and hoot a few hoots voluntarily, now and then, is in great danger of hooting hoots and standing on his head for the edification of the pathologist and trained nurse, a little later on.”

 
My goals for this week are to:

  • Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days)
  • Strength train 3 days, 30 mins each
  • Journal every bite
  • Truly expect success
