Goals for 10-27-09

My goals for today are to:

  • Stay under 1800 calories for the day - Too far under.  Ugh.
  • Go walking with mom
  • Complete training material for tomorrow
  • Put forth an honest effort to go out with the girls You know, I went and I had fun until I gave myself a splitting headache/nausea thing during a Tracy Bonham song.  Ouch.
  • Ensure Tyler eats dinner and changes cat boxes
  • Boil 1 package of eggs - Moved to tonight, didn’t get home until after midnight.

My goals for this week are to:

  • Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days)
  • Strength train 3 days, 30 mins each
  • Journal every bite
  • Truly expect success
