Goals for 10-23-09

My goals for today are to:

  • Stay under 2000 calories - Went a little over, 2121 or so
  • Enjoy Date Night
  • Order asparagus or cauliflower (maybe even brocolli) instead of potatos at Outback - Hmm. Went with sweet potato, they only had mixed veggies. Blech.
  • Keep track of bread consumed at Outback - This one is a dooozy
  • Complete my work week with all goals met
  • Organize email/clear inbox before I leave work
  • Refrain from eating after 10:00pm
  • Call the court RE: Divorce papers
  • Breathe deeply and relax
  • Believe that I will succeed today

My goals for this week are to:

Walk 100 minutes (20 mins x 5 days) - At 90 so far!
Strength train 3 days - Not so much. :/
Journal every bite - Looking good
Truly expect success - Getting there. :)
