Tomorrow is my first weigh in after my pre-conditioning. Last night I stepped on my home scale ( I know I shouldn’t have) and now my hopes are up for a good number. I just hope our scales are still in sync. I’ve been avoiding the scaled because I wanted to be suprised if I lost and not discouraged if I saw I was gaining. I’m trying not to think of it and just stay OP. Tomorrow is going to be even worse…ugh the anticipation is driving me nuts lol.
