Last night was a 14 hour work day due to an election where I work. I was so proud of myself for staying OP through the day. I got in my 80 oz of water and didn’t stray from the foods I could eat. We had a luncheon in the office which consisted of fried chicken, fried okra, fried mushrooms, mashed potatoes and gravy and more. Those are all things I love to eat. I didn’t even think about going off my menu and endulge. It’s been less than a week, so I’m shocked I was able to hold off. It all smelled sooo good.
Right now I’m so anxious and nervous about weigh in on Friday. I already see a difference but I hope it’s not just wishful thinking. My husband keeps telling me he sees a difference already but hey he’s biased (even though I know he takes this as serious as I do and wouldn’t lie to me)
