Moments of silence..

There are never many of those in this house. There is always something going on, always a buzz of something in the air, but right now - its silent and I like it.
This morning has been strange. Maybe its just lack of sleep thats caused it. We had a rough night last night, Lucy is choked with the cold and sneezing ever few minutes. It was 7am before we got back to sleep and then she woke me up again at 9:30 for breakfast. I had plans for today but to be honest I just want to be asleep again! Lucy is napping just now, so i’m just taking half an hour to relax while I have the chance.
Once she wakes up we’re going to head out to the shops and get some messages and i need to go to the bank. I was contemplating a Loch walk but i’m not sure if the rain will hold off long enough. We did a post office run yesterday which is I just worked out on the map distance calculator is 0.9 miles which is actually further than i expected it to be. We’ll see what today brings, i’m not pushing out the boat to be honest. Its just gone noon, so we’ll do lunch and head out.
Today i’m aiming for 2 litres of water but struggling already. I filled up my small bottle so i can take it out with me.
I had tea with milk & alpen for breakfast.
Not sure about lunch, maybe just a couple of slices of toast and some coffee i think.

Well yesterdays coffee drinking plan seemed to have cracked it!
I ate well yesterday and got in plenty of walking.
Breakfast: Alpen (B-choice) with milk (A-choice) and banana & strawberries.
Lunch: 2 slice toast (6 syns) and peanut butter (9 syns) and a banana on top.
Dinner: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon (without fat), mushrooms, plum tomatoes and a small slice black pudding (5 syns)
I KNOW i went over my 15 syns but i know i done a lot more excercise than I had planned to so i figured it would even itself out
I also done 3.5miles walking which was good
HOWEVER i was too busy to manage to do meal plans for today, tomorrow and saturday. So right now i’m off to make some toast and banana & peanut butter for breakfast then i’m right onto it!

For breakfast I had 28g Alpen light with milk, banana & strawberries. (A & B choice) with coffee.
We’re finally up and ready and heading out the door on for a nice long walk. I decided to track a plan on google earth and it came up as 3.4miles so thats what we’re heading for today. I hope the rain stays away and the swans are out for us to feed on our travels as Lucy loves watching them!
Before we leave i’m gonna grab a couple of slices of toast and banana and a coffee. Then we’ll get the shopping for dinner on the way back.
