2. Reach 1st Goal - 295lbs  (11/7/2008)

3. Reach 2nd Goal - 266lbs (1/30/2009)

4. Reach 3rd Goal - 240lbs (5/29/2009)

5. Reach 4th Goal - 216lbs

6. Reach 5th Goal - 195lbs

7. Reach 6th Goal - 176lbs

8. Reach 7th and FINAL GOAL - 159lbs!!

 

Clothing Goals!!

1. Fit in size 22 pant (12/1/2008)

2. Fit in size 20 pant (12/22/2008)

3. Fit in a size 18 pant (6/1/2009)

4. Fit in a size 16 pant (7/18/2009)

5. Fit in a size 14 pant

6. Fit in a size 12 pant

7. Fit in a size 26/28 shirt (12/22/2008)

8. Fit in a size 22/24 shirt  (3/21/2009)

9. Fit in a size 18/20 shirt (6/20/2009)

10. Fit in a size 14/16 shirt

 

 

Running Goals!!

1. 5 minutes non-stop.  (3/6/09 - at 4.3/4.5)

2. 10 minutes ns.    (3/9/09 - at 4.3/4.5)

3. 15 minutes ns. (3/23/09)

4. 20 minutes ns. (3/25/09)

5. 1 mile ns.  (3/9/09 - at 4.3/4.5, appr. 14 minutes)

6. 2 miles ns.  (3/25/09)

7. 5k! (3/25/09 - in 39:55)

8. Run a 12 minute mile.  (3/19/09 - 11:58 around Mom’s block!)

9. Run an 11 minute mile.  (7/4/09 - Dorr 5k 1st mile in 10:56)

10. Run a 10 minute mile.

11. Run 10k!  (10/10/09 - in 1:10:30)

12. Run a 25k!
