I am also a calories counter! :D I hope you get COMPLETELY well soon! :) I recently was sick too.. so I know how it feels to be stuck with the weight.. and you can't get rid of it..because you can't exercise. But, just wait it out, and you'll never know, when you do come back fully heal, you might have lost a couple lbs from the sickness! :) 

As for the calories, I am a calories counter, and I would say, eat a lot of fruits and drink 8 glass of water a day. I really help when it comes to counting calories.. and help take away the hunger. However, when I eat, I don't count fruits or water as calories, it is just something I treat myself too.. and i eat like about 2 portion of fruits per day. So, if you do get hungry, try fruits! :)</description>

I think counting calories or points or carbs only feeds obsessions, but I know many people do it and like it. I prefer to try to be a "normal" person, somebody who does not think of food if s/he is not hungry.  Does that make sense to you?</description>
