food back on track? CHECK!
I did very well this week staying in my point range everyday. I feel like I’m back in the eating game and I’m going to focus on exercise this week. I did go for a 4 mile run with Laura yesterday but that was my only form of exercise.
I’m down to 226lbs again. (a 101lbs loss) Just a little more before I’m in new numbers and don’t have to feel like I’m losing weight that I already worked off before. ![]()
