I weighed in this morning at 229.5! Finally in the 220’s!! It was a rough start to the week but I pulled it together and lost 5Lbs. I took my measurements today and didn’t change much. That shows me I need to start working with the weights more seriously again.
I went on a 5 mile run this morning, by myself. I thought it would be harder than it was though still easier to run with Laura. It took me 59:43! Less than 12 min/mile.
